Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with building owners, facility managers, property management firms, and general contractors
- Identify opportunities for roof replacements, repairs, and long-term service contracts
- Perform roof inspections and develop project scopes and proposals
- Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to deliver successful projects
- Track sales activity and pipeline through CRM tools
- Manage key client relationships and expand existing accounts
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing or construction industry experience
- Background in sales, project management, or business development within roofing or building envelope preferred
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Comfortable performing roof inspections and working at heights
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal), experience working with general contractors, property managers, and building owners, Spanish language skills
