Account Executive
About the role
The Account Executive at Sterling Technology is responsible for developing business relationships and providing support to existing clients. The role involves educating clients about the value of Sterling Technology services and TransPerfect’s value add processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop a full understanding of Sterling Technology services and technology offerings
- Drive understanding with clients regarding TransPerfect’s value add processes and services
- Build and maintain client relationships across existing and new companies
- Understand clients' industries, business needs, and company culture to strategize with clients and support their growth
- Identify opportunities and contacts to grow the book of business and expand partnerships with clients
- Manage client expectations, quote, manage, and bill projects, coordinating with clients and production teams to ensure smooth and profitable operations
Requirements
- Previous Account Management and Strategic Business Development experience in the VDR industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Superior written and spoken communication skills
- Good analytical skills for projecting revenues, monitoring budgets, and other necessary calculations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Experience in building sales teams (a plus)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships, work as part of a team, solve problems actively, and commit to high-level service
Essential Skills and Experience
