The Opportunity
Intralinks is seeking an Account Executive to join its dynamic team in Chicago. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and promoting Intralinks' solutions to corporate, legal, finance, and banking professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Possess strong prospecting and lead generation skills to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly targets for opportunity creation and sales activity.
- Qualify leads by identifying client needs and engaging with prospects.
- Maintain a CRM to document outreach activities and ensure a well-managed pipeline.
- Promote Intralinks' offerings by showcasing its value proposition to corporate, legal, finance, and banking professionals.
- Gain a deep understanding of key personas, pain points, and business challenges to tailor outreach efforts.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Intralinks' products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of success in a prospecting, lead generation sales role.
- Strong ability to generate and qualify new business opportunities.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving team goals.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to stay organized and follow up effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Salesloft.
- Advanced Excel skills are a plus, but not required.
