About the role
The North America Sales organization is a high-impact, results-driven team responsible for expanding Solifi’s footprint across the secured finance ecosystem—including banks, independent finance companies, private credit funds, OEM captives, and other specialty lenders. The team is comprised of Account Executives focused on driving growth within existing customer accounts through upsell and cross-sell, and Sales Executives responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding Solifi’s market presence. This group is central to Solifi’s success and represents the face of our brand to the market—collaborating closely with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Product, Professional Services, and other cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience and sustained business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for new logo acquisition across banks, independents, captives, and private-credit lenders.
- Possess and apply frameworks such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial discovery through negotiation and close.
- Deliver compelling executive presentations that connect Solifi’s SaaS solutions to measurable business outcomes, ROI, and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Solution Consulting, Product, and Professional Services to create customized pursuit strategies and ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery.
- Develop and maintain a healthy, transparent pipeline in Salesforce CRM, producing accurate weekly forecasts, quarterly business reviews, and annual sales plans.
- Represent Solifi at key industry events, roundtables, and conferences to build brand awareness and expand market reach.
- Continuously sharpen your industry knowledge—staying current on trends in commercial lending, SaaS transformation, and fintech innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in enterprise SaaS or fintech sales, with demonstrated success acquiring new customers in financial services, banking, or adjacent technology markets.
- Track Record: Proven ability to generate pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently exceed new business quotas with six- to seven-figure wins.
- Strategic Mindset: Adept at mapping customer business drivers to technology outcomes—creating urgency, alignment, and executive sponsorship.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage C-suite leaders, Boards, and investment stakeholders.
- Operational Discipline: Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and use of CRM and analytics to drive execution and accountability.
