Account Executive
About the role
As an Account Executive, you will drive the performance and success of your territory by executing a strategic sales plan to generate and develop business opportunities across schools and organizations in your area. You will be responsible for establishing relationships and maintaining and growing existing business.
Responsibilities
- Grow business and achieve sales targets by developing, and executing a territory plan
- Earn credibility as an industry expert for athletic directors, coaches, group leaders, and administrators
- Understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and industry trends
- Represent Snap! Mobile at events to influence sales opportunities
- Build and cultivate customer relationships at schools, districts, club sports
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Maintain accurate customer records within the company’s systems, including HubSpot
Requirements
You are organized, get things done, and routinely exceed goals. You are comfortable in a quickly changing environment and adapt to reach high performance. You have a strong desire to learn in a fast-moving technology company. Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration. 2+ years of sales experience.

Base Salary $40k + Commission, uncapped with average OTE of $70 - $175K in year one
