Responsibilities
- Own and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teams
- Run a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniques
- Identify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectively
- Manage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progression
- Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboarding
- Maintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processes
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing role
- Proven success closing :$50K-$100K ARR deals in a fast-moving sales environment
- Strong experience with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN selling)
- Comfortable running structured discovery and uncovering business pain, urgency, and impact
- Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and deal prioritization skills
- Able to manage multiple deals simultaneously within a shorter sales cycle
- Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions is a plus

Pay
The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience with uncapped commission ($250,000 - $300,000+ OTE).
Schedule
The schedule is flexible and can be worked remotely or in-office.
