Account Executive
About the role
This is an early, high-ownership role for someone who's run product demos over Zoom and can manage a pipeline end-to-end: prospecting, sourcing, cold outreach, discovery, demos, follow-up, closing, and handoff. You'll work directly with the founders every day on messaging, ICP, pricing, objections, and go-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Own the pipeline - end-to-end. Source your own pipeline through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and industry groups
- Respond lightning-fast to inbound leads with personalized outreach, not AI slop
- Own deals end to end, from first touch to closed-won
- Run discovery with home-service owners, managers, and technicians
- Become an expert in the ShareWillow product and the outcomes we deliver
- Demo ShareWillow clearly and connect it to pain points and ROI
- Follow up relentlessly and keep a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot
- Tell customer stories and show prospects how to achieve those outcomes
Requirements
You've worked in SMB sales, home services, construction, field service, or a trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, etc.). You've done outbound as a BDR and are comfortable with high-volume outbound calls. You want a small team where you make a big impact, not a big company. You can speak and relate to trades business owners and technicians. You write clearly, speak directly, and follow up fast. You're organized, competitive, and resilient. You want to work extremely hard and grow quickly. You want to win and make a lot of money. You have high integrity and will walk away from a sale before compromising your integrity.
