Compensation
Competitive Base of $75,000/year + Uncapped High Percentage Commissions on everything you sell!
Responsibilities
- Possess and develop new commercial accounts, cold lead → client (some warm outreach)
- Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline using CRM
- Meet and exceed weekly sales activity & meeting goals
- Attend networking events and industry associations
- Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless client handoffs
- Represent SERVPRO Team Wall with integrity and professionalism
- Support disaster response and emergency readiness efforts when needed
Requirements
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable with prospecting and relationship building
- Tech-savvy (CRM and LinkedIn proficiency required)
- Willingness of out-of-town travel as it will be assigned multiple SERVPRO Team Wall office locations to cover for business development activity
Qualifications
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Passion for helping others and making a positive impact

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
