Primary Responsibilities

  • Research and identify qualified 'Cold Leads'
  • Conduct introductory and educational appointments to move 'Cold Leads' into 'Superficial' and/or 'Qualified' prospects
  • Move 'Qualified' prospects into clients through initial referrals and produced projects
  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database and record of sales activity using the assigned CRM software

  • Ability to represent SERVPRO Team Wall accurately and ethically
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Tech-savvy (CRM and LinkedIn proficiency required)
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town business development activity

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Experience in sales or account management is a plus
  • Knowledge of the commercial property market
