About the role

Savoy is seeking an Account Executive to join our team. This is a production role with sales goals and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Grow client portfolio and deliver exceptional service
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients
  • Conduct risk assessments and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Attend industry events to expand network
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
  • Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs
  • Collaborate with underwriters and account managers to deliver excellent service
  • Stay updated on industry trends and attend networking events

Requirements

  • 2+ years of group benefits experience
  • Life/Health license required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required
  • OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required
  • OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience

Pay

The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
