Account Executive
About the role
The world is shifting towards streaming TV online, a change that has transformed how advertisers target, reach, and measure their desired audiences. Roku is leading this transformation by creating a platform that connects consumers to the content they love and enables content publishers to build and monetize large audiences. This role is on the front lines, responsible for growing video and sponsorship revenue on the Roku platform, supporting the Enterprise Agency Sales team.
- Responsible for achieving aggressive advertising revenue goals
- Developing and pitching media plans to top advertising partners across Enterprise
- Presenting Roku's product suite and selling in strategic opportunities
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of sales targets, contacts, and opportunities
- Providing campaign management, optimization, reporting, and lead-up sell opportunities
- Responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs), collaborating with editorial on sponsorable custom content solutions, and supporting research in the development of winning case studies
- Expertly collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to service clients, build proposals, and partner on strategies
Requirements
A background in video advertising, programmatic, and/or sponsorship sales is required. You must have a proven ability to develop a sales strategy, relationship map, and business plans to help drive new revenue streams for the ad business. You should be dedicated, comfortable with intense focus, context switching, and time required to build something great. You are a fast learner and eager to hit the ground running.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in owning a book of business as an Account Executive
- A successful track record in closing large, complex, and custom advertising partnerships with Fortune 500 clients and key stakeholders at their agencies
- Understanding of the TV, digital, programmatic, and ad tech ecosystems
- Bachelor’s degree

- Estimated annual salary between $95,000 - $115,000 annually
