About the role
As an Account Executive, you'll be equipped with the tools, training, and support needed to become a cold chain expert. This role focuses on driving revenue growth for our Mount Laurel Freight Brokerage through targeted sales efforts while working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through targeted sales efforts
- Generate leads using prospecting tools and outreach strategies
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet performance goals
- Identify and maximize the potential of assigned accounts
- Engage prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Represent RLS at trade shows and industry conferences

Base + commission
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
