Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of helping businesses solve problems and improve productivity through both hardware and technology solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting & Territory Growth – Drive new business through daily cold calling, strategic territory planning, and effective database management.
- Customer Engagement – Conduct impactful product demonstrations, deliver tailored presentations, and confidently close sales opportunities.
- Solution Selling – Identify customer challenges and match them with the right mix of hardware, software, and managed services to create long-term value.
- Account Management – Strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Operational Excellence – Manage schedules, complete required paperwork accurately, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous Development – Commit to ongoing training to stay ahead of industry trends and sharpen sales, demo, and technical skills.
