Responsibilities
- Self-source new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking
- Run product demos tailored to prospective clients' needs
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to consistently meet sales targets
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close new business
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline status in CRM
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position offerings
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role
- Proven track record of self-sourcing and closing new business
- Strong demo and presentation skills
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage objections and close deals
- Comfortable working independently to manage a full sales pipeline
- Experience with CRM tools to track and report on sales activity
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding quota
