Who We're Looking For
We are seeking talented, ambitious sales professionals who can manage high-velocity sales cycles and navigate a scrappy and strategic closing process. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying both outbound and inbound leads, running demos, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals.
What You'll Do
- Manage outbound calls and communications daily to cold & warm prospects
- Achieve monthly metrics along with weekly and daily targets
- Employ our highly consultative, non-pushy sales methodology
- Quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of sales opportunities
- Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape
- Run product demonstrations
- Build strong networks in and outside the Resquared organization
- Collaborate with the team to improve our processes and add efficiencies for the team
- Adapt to changes in your process - we are always developing and testing new ideas
- Maintain and update accurate records in CRM
An Ideal Candidate Would Have
- 1-2+ Years in similar sales or development roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & evolving SaaS environment
- Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative needs-based conversations
- Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and handling rejections
- A positive attitude, confidence, and desire to be the best
- Reliable, strong, and positive work ethic
- Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
