Essential Functions
- Reach out to prospective locations through in-person visits, phone calls, and other communication methods to conduct a consultative sales process, secure new business at a high conversion rate, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s operations to facilitate their success using Repairify technology and services.
- Determine product solutions based upon technical knowledge and previous customer interactions.
- Develops customer relationships from the User level to the manager and Owner of automotive repairers.
- Builds relationships with target customers, learn their potential business needs, and determine the services or products that the customer is most likely to purchase.
- Communicates the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers.
- Develops and implements a customer contact plan to achieve sales quota.
- Communicate and report customer business issues internally within Repairify to educate and inform management.
- Collaborate with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities.
- Meet monthly, quarter and annual sales goals and quotas.
- Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
- Work with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers.
- Generate new revenue by targeting prospect accounts to sell new products and services.
- Document and report all activities in customer relationship management system, Salesforce.com.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain resilient and professional.
- Identify customer needs and concerns, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to help customer realize success in using Repairify technology and services.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to be the best in a Team environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills.
- Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.
