Essential Functions

  • Reach out to prospective locations through in-person visits, phone calls, and other communication methods to conduct a consultative sales process, secure new business at a high conversion rate, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the customer’s operations to facilitate their success using Repairify technology and services.
  • Determine product solutions based upon technical knowledge and previous customer interactions.
  • Develops customer relationships from the User level to the manager and Owner of automotive repairers.
  • Builds relationships with target customers, learn their potential business needs, and determine the services or products that the customer is most likely to purchase.
  • Communicates the value proposition of Repairify technology and services to potential customers.
  • Develops and implements a customer contact plan to achieve sales quota.
  • Communicate and report customer business issues internally within Repairify to educate and inform management.
  • Collaborate with other Repairify teams to identify workflow improvements and sales opportunities.
  • Meet monthly, quarter and annual sales goals and quotas.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business model and serve as a liaison between the customers and the organization.
  • Work with Operations Managers to provide stellar customer service to customers.
  • Generate new revenue by targeting prospect accounts to sell new products and services.
  • Document and report all activities in customer relationship management system, Salesforce.com.
  • Demonstrate the ability to remain resilient and professional.
  • Identify customer needs and concerns, set clear expectations, and provide guidance to help customer realize success in using Repairify technology and services.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with motivation to be the best in a Team environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communications, listening and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid organizational and follow up skills.
  • Track record for exceeding goals within established timelines.
  • Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
