About the role

Our Account Executive team is dedicated to closing experience gaps for some of the largest organizations in the world. Our SaaS platform helps these organizations drive action with pre-built experience management (XM) programs and projects that anyone can use.

Responsibilities

  • Takes initiative
  • Understands the expected outcome, gets the context, and works entrepreneurially to get it done
  • Highly communicative and influences effectively, creating trust at the team level
  • Exceeds quota
  • Acquires clients
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Sells the Qualtrics platform and becomes a trusted advisor to C-Suite, Director, and VP level leaders
  • Engages with clients at all points of the sales cycle - including prospecting, product demonstrations, on-site presentations, through close
  • Drives net-new revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion of current accounts
  • Educates clients on packages and options applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs
  • Develops and executes strategic plans for your territory and creates reliable forecasts
  • Focuses on self-development through daily training and enablement

Qualifications

  • Earned a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience navigating Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting applications
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • Loves closing complex, consultative deals
  • Able to travel when necessary
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally in SaaS
