Role Overview
We're seeking to hire our first salespeople at Prospyr, a young company backed by experienced investors and advisors. Account Executives will lead the sales process, mapping Prospyr's solutions to clients' needs. They will identify new opportunities, manage evaluations, and meet monthly revenue targets. This role involves building the go-to-market strategy, enhancing client satisfaction, and defining the sales team culture.
What You’ll Do
- Possess and develop a pipeline of qualified sales leads
- Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan
- Collaborate with the product team to refine value propositions and influence the product roadmap based on client feedback
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets aligned with the company's operating model
- Represent Prospyr at industry events and conferences
- Stay updated on industry trends and become an expert in aesthetics and Med Spa operations
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and executing sales plans in a startup environment
- Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment with various stakeholders
- A commitment to ethical behavior and aligning with company values
- Familiarity with CRM systems for managing account information and deal pipelines
- The ability to travel as needed to pursue business opportunities
