Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients. Provide detailed information on insurance products and coverage options. Present and explain policy options effectively.
- Inside Marketing: Utilize computer and telephone skills for inside marketing efforts. Work existing agency book of business. Quote leads generated by the agency. Follow up with clients for cross-sell opportunities. Conduct meetings and consultations with existing clients in the office.
- Licensing and Compliance: Must be licensed in Property and Casualty insurance. Stay informed about industry regulations and maintain compliance.
Qualifications
- Sales and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem Solving Skills: Previous sales and service experience.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficient in using computer systems (Excel, Word, Microsoft, etc.).
- Team Player: Conducting business over the phone. Team player with other staff members.
