Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage thoughtfully with potential creators who fit Passes' criteria and values.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top creators.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective creators through various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking.
- Guide new creators through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless integration onto the Passes platform.
- Collaborate with the Creator Success and Creator Support teams to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources.
- Provide ongoing support to new creators, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired creators, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
- Regularly check in with creators to gather feedback and provide support.
- Work closely with internal teams to address any issues and ensure creator satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a talent acquisition, talent management, recruitment, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with creators and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay
$70,000 – $100,000 per year DOE
