Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Outside Sales Professional to join our Great Partners Personnel team in Montebello, CA!

Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus!

This is Not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Selling and influencing others — convincing others to buy services or to otherwise change their minds or actions.
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
• Building and maintaining strong, successful relationships with clients.
• Leading opportunities through the sales cycle including prospecting, opening new accounts and account management.
• Updating and using relevant knowledge — keeping up-to-date technically and applying new knowledge to your job.
• Making decisions and solving problems — analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Requirements

• All forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
• High level of networking and communication skills with the desire to want to build long lasting working relationships.
• B2B Outside Sales experience.
• Proven track record in B2B Sales.
• Understanding of margins as they relate to the staffing industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Staffing Industry experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus!

Qualifications

• Compensation is determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.
• This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.
• This is a contract to hire opportunity.
