About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Outside Sales Professional with Staffing Industry experience to join our Great Partners Personnel team in Richmond, VA!

Responsibilities

• Building a book of business in a booming industry
• Selling to new and existing clients
• Opening new accounts and account management
• Leading opportunities through the sales cycle
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, peers, clients, and subordinates
• Understanding margins as they relate to the staffing industry
• Managing a wide open sales territory
• Receiving uncapped commission
• Accessing car and trip incentives
• Maintaining excellent benefits including a matching 401k

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus
• B2B Outside Sales experience required
• Proven track record in B2B Sales
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Staffing Industry experience required
• Skills in all forms of communication, written and verbal
• High level of networking and communication skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Updating and using relevant knowledge
• Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships

• Mid-level B2B/outside sales skills
• High energy, reliable, and collaborative personality
• Self-driven and goal-oriented

• Base salary range $58k - $65k commensurate with Staffing Industry experience
