Responsibilities
- Perform initial analysis to qualify opportunities
- Build pipeline and forecast business outcomes
- Closing business deals
- Customer-facing role requiring exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Divide time between 90% prospecting and 10% administrative responsibilities
- Collaborate with a highly collaborative sales and marketing team
- Owning the prospect relationship and sharing market insights
Requirements
- 5-8 years “above quota” B2B software sales experience
- Adoption of a needs-based, consultative sales approach
- Discovering buyer motivations and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Segmenting, targeting, and penetrating key accounts in assigned areas
- Delivering strategic, creative, and compelling presentations for software solutions
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Zoom Video Conferencing, and Microsoft Office technologies
- Prior experience working with DMS (Trucking and Auto Dealership Sales) systems is a plus
