Responsibilities

  • Perform initial analysis to qualify opportunities
  • Build pipeline and forecast business outcomes
  • Closing business deals
  • Customer-facing role requiring exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Divide time between 90% prospecting and 10% administrative responsibilities
  • Collaborate with a highly collaborative sales and marketing team
  • Owning the prospect relationship and sharing market insights

Requirements

  • 5-8 years “above quota” B2B software sales experience
  • Adoption of a needs-based, consultative sales approach
  • Discovering buyer motivations and navigating multiple stakeholders
  • Segmenting, targeting, and penetrating key accounts in assigned areas
  • Delivering strategic, creative, and compelling presentations for software solutions
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, Gong, Zoom Video Conferencing, and Microsoft Office technologies
  • Prior experience working with DMS (Trucking and Auto Dealership Sales) systems is a plus
