Account Executive
About the role
As an Account Executive, you'll serve as a strategic connector, linking clients with internal agency teams to drive successful project outcomes. By fostering cross-functional partnerships and understanding agency operations, you'll expertly manage client projects, build trusted, long-term client relationships, and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to delivery, aligning tasks with timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while ensuring consistency with creative briefs and client direction.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, meet financial deliverable dates, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain accurate internal trackers, client reports, and status updates, outlining key decisions, next steps, and deliverables.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, providing thoughtful responses to project requests and engaging in tactical initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and category-specific knowledge, applying insights to inform project strategies and tactical plans.
- Support the account team throughout the project lifecycle, from creative brief development to final output, ensuring exceptional client experiences and delivering outstanding results.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred), with at least 1 year of experience in an agency or marketing setting.
- Passion for healthcare and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and familiarity with digital, media, social, and analytics tools (a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Curious and proactive approach to learning, with a drive to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
$50,000 - $70,000
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
