Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and ensuring customer success.
- Develop and execute account strategies to land, grow, and retain key accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and large commercial clients.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic selling.
- Leverage CRM and data tools to track, forecast, and manage sales activities.
- Relationship Management:
- Build deep, trusted relationships with property owners, asset managers, facility directors, general contractors, and developers.
- Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their goals.
- Represent Occidental Roofing professionally in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, production, and leadership to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to drive outcomes.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. OR 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals.
- Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise or large commercial clients.
- Strong background in relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Mastery of sales CRM tools and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and deal-structuring skills.
- A startup mindset: high energy, adaptability, ownership mentality.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- In roofing, construction, facilities management, or capital improvement sales.
- Existing network in commercial real estate, property management, or development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
