About the role

Noto is building the AI native operating system for after school businesses. Our mission is to power the 150,000 after school businesses in the country with an all-in-one system using AI to provide magical experiences.

Team Background

AJ Ding is the CEO of Noto. He's a second-time founder and previously built an AI recruiting company. He was a machine learning engineer and data scientist at Quora, Lyft, & Meta. He studied Statistics at Yale and comes from a family of small business owners.

Steve is the CTO of Noto. He was previously the Head of Engineering at Nitra, an a16z backed vertical SaaS startup that built back office automation for doctors. He studied math at Harvard and his family is from Canada.

Location

Noto is based in person in New York, near Union Square. Occasional travel for team off-sites and customer visits. 4 days in office, 1 day WFH, 1 week per quarter work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, and close.
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, social).
  • Collaborate with teammates to optimize outreach strategy and improve performance.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and energy in every customer interaction.

Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of sales or prospecting experience preferred (but not required).
  • Experience in a high-velocity, metrics-driven environment a plus.
  • Strong communication skills verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Competitive spirit with a growth mindset and desire to win.
