Responsibilities
- Effectively promote our comprehensive range of services, such as title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange operations.
- Deliver proactive communication, exceptional support, and first-class service to our valued clients.
- Employ results-focused business development practices to achieve sales goals.
- Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients.
- Submit complete and accurate title orders promptly.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events.
- Stay informed about customer and competitor activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of title or real estate sales experience.
- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
- Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high performance.
- Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players.
- Meticulous record-keeping abilities.
- Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills.
- Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in title or real estate sales.
- Strong network of contacts within the industry, including lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, developers, and commercial lenders.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
- Meticulous record-keeping abilities.
- Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.
