Account Executive
Key Role
Responsibly Includes
Build and manage strong relationships with employers across an assigned portfolio of career centers.
Develop an understanding of recruitment and hiring challenges within assigned industry verticals.
Drive revenue growth by prospecting for new business, renewing existing clients, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Execute a consistent, high level of sales outreach using modern sales tools and automation platforms.
Sell a comprehensive suite of recruitment advertising and employer branding solutions.
Ensure a positive customer experience by coordinating the successful delivery of products and services.
Qualifications
- 6 mos–3 years of sales, customer-facing, or performance-based experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and drive to achieve results
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Competitive attitude and desire to succeed in a goal-oriented role
- Able to work in a hybrid environment based in Atlanta, GA

Pay
Base Salary: $55,000 + Commission (uncapped)
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $86,000+
