What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients in the Faith Based Organization (FBO) and Ministry Adjacent NPO space to increase revenue and client retention.
- Communicate the value and benefit of our complete portfolio of solutions, centered around cross-selling additional products, driving net new revenue through renewals and migrations, and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess the ability to prospect and qualify new opportunities, ensuring they align with our product offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing the sale and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Present and sell new products to our clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefit of our solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions.
- Manage and interpret customer requirements: Speak with clients to understand, anticipate, and meet their needs, identify and resolve client concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Expand market awareness of our products and industry experience, communicating the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Maintain and enter all prospects and new sales information into Salesforce.
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and be an industry expert.
Who You Are
- Passionate about helping purpose-driven organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of experience of SaaS sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and teachable.
- Demonstrated ability to establish priorities and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of sales processes, techniques, and technologies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Successful closing skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet inflexible deadlines while maintaining composure.
Physical Considerations
- Ability to work in a remote office environment.
- Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone.
Travel Considerations
- Domestic and/or international travel required, estimated up to 25%.
