About the role
This is where you come in. We're looking for an Account Executive to meet with identified Healthcare customers on an assigned cadence to review, enhance and/or identify opportunities. You will act as a point of contact with existing customers to answer queries, increase client satisfaction and address clients' needs while providing education on the services we offer.
Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to develop goals and success criteria and a strategy to convey value that leads to sales renewals and upselling opportunities
- Communicate and identify all the services MacDonald-Miller has to offer at an established building to facility managers, property managers, building owner and business owners
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within a building or account
- Ensure CRM is updated and that you provide timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Requirements
- A track record of understanding of Mechanical Systems and how they operate
- Expertise leveraging a deep understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems in medical and critical environments to explain services to existing clients
- College degree and/or 5+ years of relevant work experience - Past Mechanical experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of customer relationship management software and MS Office & Excel

Benefits
- Compensation: Base salary of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, plus commissions and vehicle compensation
