Responsibilities

• Supports client relationships and oversees exhibit projects from planning through execution.
• Works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure timelines, deliverables, and expectations are met across trade shows and events.
• Maintains client accounts and guides exhibit programs from concept to delivery.
• Manages construction and installation of custom trade show exhibits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in events or trade shows
• Bachelor’s degree
• Advanced computer literacy
• Ability to travel up to 30%
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Positive, results-driven attitude

Qualifications

• 3+ years of carpentry or fabrication experience
• Experience with wood, laminates, and basic materials
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
• Works well under tight deadlines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
