About the role

The Account Executive role owns the logistics and administration of the account. Responsibilities include agency operations such as finances, team leadership, strategy, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Owns the daily account work on the brand including budgets and bills.
  • Familiarity with and adherence to agency financial and operating procedures and policies.
  • Maintains accurate, organized files.
  • Solution oriented; brings problems to the attention of management.
  • Positive influence on cross-capability, internal team knowledge.
  • Continuously learns technology; adheres and advocates for agency process.
  • Identifies issues and contributes to problem resolution.
  • Understands client positioning and strategy thoroughly; has solid competitive knowledge.
  • Keeps team informed of changes in client/competitive climate; communicates clearly and frequently.
  • Researches category, competitive data, and therapeutic areas; contributes to brand tactical planning and creative process.
  • Takes ownership of day-to-day tactics and executions within agency.
  • Develops strong and positive working relationships with project management, creative, finance, other departments.
  • Attends client meetings and provides timely follow-up (e.g., contact reports).
  • Synchronizes communications between account teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Organizes/manages client presentations.
  • Influences and diplomatically communicates with written and verbal interactions.
  • Communicates directly and frequently with client with some autonomy; builds rapport and credibility with client peer based on trust and expert counsel.
  • Works with client to execute advertising and marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Exhibits Integrity and Trust.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience in advertising or marketing agency environment.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare experience a plus.

Pay

Cash compensation range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $73,944.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.

Schedule

Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
