About the role
KLAS is dedicated to improving healthcare through collaboration, insights, and transparency. As an Account Executive, you will bring new organizations into the KLAS ecosystem and help them understand the value of objective, provider-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the full net-new sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal development, negotiation, and contract close.
- Source and qualify leads through outbound efforts, industry networking, conferences, and inbound inquiries.
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert MQLs to SQLs using consistent qualification criteria and documented handoff standards.
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of prospects; consistently report on pipeline health, deal stage progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Engage the Insights Team to refine value propositions, highlight relevant findings, and customize sales materials so that conversations resonate with buyer challenges and strategic goals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with prospective clients while maintaining alignment with KLAS’s value proposition.
- Ensure a seamless handoff of newly acquired clients to Engagement Partners for onboarding and long-term relationship management post-contract signature.
Requirements
- A strong foundation in B2B consultative sales, with the ability to lead executive-level conversations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to connect client pain points to meaningful solutions.
- Strong organization and time management across multiple deals and priorities.
- A collaborative approach, working effectively with Marketing, Insights, Research, Legal, and Engagement teams.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with healthcare technology, provider, or consulting experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota for new business acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field preferred).

Pay
The salary range for this role starts at $100,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
This role offers a hybrid schedule with three (3) full days expected in-office, Monday - Wednesday.
