Key Responsibilities
- Possessing expertise in outbound sales to identify and engage with potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, emails, and social media.
- Managing and prioritizing a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication to move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of Kale's products and services, effectively articulating their value proposition to potential clients.
- Taking a consultative approach to understand clients' needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their unique business requirements.
- Navigating complex sales processes with strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of successful outbound sales experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with social media / consumer brands and a proven ability to quickly grasp and communicate industry-specific value propositions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate adaptability to evolving market conditions and customer needs.
