Job Responsibilities
- Network Development: Establish and nurture relationships with Salesforce AEs and industry contacts to drive pipeline growth.
- Outbound Leadership: Take ownership of our new outbound strategy, targeting tech companies (200–2,000 employees) and other promising leads.
- Pipeline Oversight: Manage your pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and forecasting.
- Process Refinement: Collaborate with the team to continuously evolve our sales process—from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with our technical team during the solutioning and proposal phases, with regular check-ins to fine-tune our approach and deliver winning client outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in tech or consulting.
- Proven ability to build relationships that generate opportunities, with experience in the Salesforce ecosystem considered a plus.
- Technical aptitude—comfortable discussing business processes and solutions (Salesforce knowledge preferred; quick learners encouraged).
- Driven, adaptable, and resilient, with the energy to excel in a small, dynamic team where your contributions make a big impact.
