Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Generate and manage your own outbound pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, and strategic prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Manage pilots through successful conversion to long-term customers
- Attend industry conferences and events to generate pipeline and build relationships
- Partner closely with leadership to refine messaging, processes, and sales strategy
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of sales experience with a strong SDR/BDR and Account Executive foundation
- Proven history of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience
- Experience managing deals from initial outreach through close
- Hunter mentality with a passion for creating opportunities rather than waiting for them
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and operating in an activity-driven environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a company at an early stage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Benefits
- Base salary: $80,000-$100,000
