We're seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to join our National Accounts team as an Account Executive. In this role, you'll partner with an Inside Sales team to grow and develop strategic customer relationships while delivering innovative solutions that help organizations reduce risk, improve compliance, and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned customers.
  • Partner closely with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand customer relationships.
  • Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and customer adoption.
  • Identify and engage new stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
  • Cook up customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues ensuring customer success.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and expense reporting.

Requirements

Candidates must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 50% of the time to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in field sales in a consultative selling environment.
  • Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
  • Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%.

Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $155,000.00 to $165,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
