About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join a growing sales team in the San Francisco market. This is a high-priority, high-impact role focused on expanding market presence, developing new business, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow business within the San Francisco territory
  • Possess strong hunter mentality with confidence in generating leads and securing appointments
  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct client meetings to understand operational needs and identify tailored solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, engineering, and service teams to support customer needs
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM documentation
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of outside sales / business development experience
  • Proven success in new business development and prospecting
  • Strong hunter mentality with confidence in generating leads and securing appointments
  • Experience working in a quota-driven sales environment
  • Able to speak to performance metrics, sales achievements, and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Confident, professional, and coachable with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling technical, infrastructure, telecommunications, wireless, or related solutions
  • Exposure to industries supporting utilities, field operations, engineering, service teams, or distribution operations
  • Experience with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) solutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000
  • Uncapped Commission
  • Commission Guarantee Available
