About the role
iHeartMedia is seeking an Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role leverages proven goal-driven mindset, fast-paced work ethic, and exceptional client service skills to exceed clients' expectations.
Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize iHeart’s Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings, research, consistent cold-calling, and existing business cultivation
- Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue, create effective marketing campaigns, and deliver compelling sales presentations
Requirements
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Communicates persuasively
- Comfortable with cold-calling and initiating outreach to prospective clients
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
- Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Digital/Media Sales experience a plus but not required
Qualifications
- The natural ability to organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks
- Experience managing complex, multi-platform campaigns
- Analytics experience
- iHeart and/or audio advertising background
- Well-connected in the market

Pay
$36,000 - $45,000 annually, with potential for uncapped commission and eligibility for commissions. Salary is determined by multiple factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and market data.
