About the role
We are hiring a high-performing Sales Account Executive for an onsite B2B sales role in Dallas-Fort Worth.
This is a full-cycle, high-activity sales position where you will be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging prospects, and closing deals.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, phone-heavy sales environment and has a strong background in outbound prospecting and closing mid-market deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Build and manage a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and position tailored solutions
- Present and sell connectivity solutions to restaurants, healthcare providers, and automotive dealerships
- Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM systems
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B Account Executive or Sales Executive role
- Proven experience selling into restaurants, healthcare, or automotive dealership industries (required)
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting skills
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, office-based environment
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly results-driven
