  • Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering measurable business results
  • Skilled at problem-solving, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination
  • Clear, confident, and persuasive in both written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable presenting ideas, proposals, and reports to clients and executives
  • Thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Able to work with creative, production, and strategy teams to execute ambitious campaigns
  • Comfortable using CRM and project management tools to manage accounts efficiently
