Base Salary: $65,000-$90,000, dependent on experience
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 in year one, with potential to grow

About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive who can demonstrate, understand, and apply HFD’s core purpose and Values In All That You Do. Our mission is to make healthcare more affordable by giving everyone a better way to pay. As part of our fast-growing team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and closing prospective clients, laying the foundation for meaningful, long-term partnerships with Dental providers nationally.
Responsibilities
- Move quickly on warm leads with an urgency to execute
- Generate and qualify leads through a mix of outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and inbound lead conversion
- Identify key decision-makers at Dental practices
- Work with marketing ops to craft tailored outreach sequences that align with the unique needs of each outreach opportunity
- Use data and industry insights to personalize messaging and increase conversion rates
- Book discovery calls and demos for Area Managers, ensuring a smooth handoff with clear context
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity in CRM
- Stay up to date on Dental and BNPL industry trends
Requirements
- Bold with a bias towards action
- Self-aware, organized, and eager to be coached to success
- 2+ years of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role
- Excellent communication skills—concise, clear, and persuasive across email, phone, and social channels
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated
- Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Beginner / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel

- EPIC account executive experience preferred
