Account Executive

Overview

Headway’s mission is to build a new mental healthcare system that everyone can access. We automate the administrative work for therapists and psychiatrists, and we serve over 1 million patients across all 50 states. We are seeking an exceptional Provider Growth Associate to help us expand our network of therapists and psychiatrists.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for scaling our community of therapists and psychiatrists
• Expand our therapist networks through a full-cycle sales motion
• Work cross-functionally to translate insights from the sales process into products and processes
• Be the first point of contact for prospective providers
• Have a deep work ethic and continuous improvement mindset
• Take a scientific approach to growth, experimenting with various tactics
• Identify which channels warrant more investment and which to avoid
• Have thick skin and be comfortable thinking on your feet and bouncing back

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in consultative sales or consumer sales (bonus points if in a startup environment)
• Experience connecting with people in-person, over the phone, or over email
• Desire to continuously improve and challenge yourself
• Comfort with thick skin and being able to think on your feet
• An analytical ability to identify which channels to invest in and which to avoid
• Able to take a scientific approach to growth and experimentation

Benefits

• Salary range based on geographic location
• Group A: $77,000 - New York City, San Francisco/Bay Area, Los Angeles / Orange County Area, San Diego, Seattle, Boston, Austin
• Group B: $69,300 - Chicago, Denver, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Atlanta, Nashville, Phoenix, and Portland
• Commission payments are monthly
