Job Family Health Account Executive Travel Required Up to 25% Clearance Required None What You Will Do Own and grow key client relationships across a portfolio of healthcare providers and financial institution (lockbox) clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term partnership value Drive revenue growth and wallet share expansion through:Contract renewals and renegotiationsExpansion of Payment Automation and Lockbox Healthcare service offeringsLead end-to-end account management, including:Financial performance (revenue, margin, forecasting accuracy)Operational delivery oversight and service qualityExecutive-level stakeholder engagementDevelop and execute account strategies (1–3 year horizon) aligned with client objectives and Guidehouse growth prioritiesPartner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to:Improve revenue recognition and billing accuracyDrive automation and process standardization (e.g., invoicing, reporting, workflows)Enable scalable delivery modelsLead complex commercial discussions and negotiations with healthcare systems and banking clients, including pricing, scope, and contractual termsEnsure compliance, governance, and risk management, including:Regulatory and contractual obligations (e.g., PCI, data privacy, audit readiness)Engagement governance frameworks and documentationDrive operational transformation initiatives, including implementation of tools, automation, and service delivery improvementsProvide mentorship to junior account managers and analysts, improving team capability, scalability, and performanceCollaborate and work with offshore Delivery centers What You Will Need 10+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Consulting within:Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Payment Automation, or Financial ServicesProven experience managing client portfolios with ownership of revenue and margin performanceStrong understanding of:Healthcare RCM workflows (e.g., ERA, billing, reconciliation)Payment processing and/or bank lockbox operationsDemonstrated ability to:Drive contract negotiations, and client expansion strategiesLead cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and financeInfluence senior client stakeholders and internal leadershipExperience with financial forecasting, pricing models, and revenue recognition processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguous and complex business challengesBachelor’s degree required (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree) What Would Be Nice To Have Experience working in Health + Financial Services (banking) intersection, especially payment automation or lockbox services Prior exposure to AI/automation initiatives in billing, reconciliation, or compliance workflowsProven leadership experience managing or mentoring teams and junior associates/managersExperience with client onboarding and large-scale implementations (multi-client or enterprise rollouts)Familiarity with tools such as:Ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Freshdesk)Identity/access platforms (e.g., OKTA)Billing/revenue analytics toolsStrong track record in:Process transformation and operational efficiency improvementsDriving cost optimization and margin enhancement The annual salary range for this position is $106,000.00-$176,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
