Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle
- New Business Development
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities across local and regional markets
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, audience, and budget
- Develop integrated media strategies across Television, Radio, Streaming, Social, Search, Display, and Audio
- Present customized proposals aligned to measurable business outcomes
- Secure 6–12 month agreements and recurring revenue commitments
- Account Management & Growth
- Maintain ongoing communication with active clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with internal support and production teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across platforms
- Lead renewal conversations and grow long-term client partnerships
- Ensure accurate CRM tracking and pipeline management
- Strategic Integration
- Position Television and Radio as powerful awareness drivers
- Educate clients on how integrated campaigns create stronger results than single-channel efforts
- Leverage Entravision’s multicultural expertise where relevant
Requirements
- Above-average analytical and interpersonal intelligence; able to understand client needs and craft smart solutions
- Strong competitive drive and resilience, motivated by goals, challenges, and results
- Genuine passion for sales with a desire to grow a successful career in media and advertising
- A confident communicator who builds credibility with business owners and decision-makers
- Comfortable owning both sales and account management responsibilities
- Strong at discovery and diagnosing business challenges
- Organized and able to manage multiple active campaigns simultaneously
- Motivated by revenue growth and client retention
- Consultative rather than transactional
- Adaptable across traditional and digital media solutions
- Self-directed and accountable to performance standards
Qualifications
- Preferred Backgrounds (Not Required)
- Media sales (TV, Radio, Digital)
- B2B consultative sales
- Automotive, healthcare, or service-based industries
- Telecom or SaaS
- Client-facing leadership roles
