Solutions Specialist

Join Courser as a Senior Solutions Specialist and help us expand our impact. This role involves owning the entire sales cycle, partnering with technical experts, serving as a trusted advisor, staying ahead of industry trends, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver seamless, client-first solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — using creative, consultative selling.
  • Partner with technical experts to assess client needs and deliver tailored proposals.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, building lasting relationships with decision-makers.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless, client-first solutions.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets while managing your pipeline precisely.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful solution/consultative sales experience (MSP industry is a plus).
  • Confidence presenting to C-level stakeholders and managing complex, multi-account portfolios.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Thrive in complex sales environments with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gong (preferred).
