About the role
Convergint is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join its dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will cultivate new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Account Development: Sell to dedicated accounts, integrate physical security services, manage cyber, maintenance programs, managed services, and transformational services to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Develop Pipeline: Engage with key decision-makers, assess needs, build business cases, and set decision timelines.
- Proposal Construction: Lead the sales pursuit team to craft winning proposals, including quotes, business cases, and unique qualifications.
- Presenting & Closing: Present proposals to decision-makers, address objections, and reach final agreements.
- Market Focus: Identify and develop pipeline opportunities in assigned markets such as global accounts, utilities, finance, healthcare, data centers, government sectors, and educational institutions.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, subject matter experts, project managers, and partners to create and deliver winning proposals.
- Perform other duties as requested or required.

Qualifications
- Education: College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales or equivalent.
