What You'll Do
- Run full cycle sales from first touch through close.
- Manage inbound, drive outbound into named accounts, run sharp discovery, deliver tailored demos, and negotiate contracts.
- Sell into high touch B2C verticals such as mortgage lenders, debt relief firms, real estate groups, and hospitality operators.
- Translate Conduit’s automation into clear ROI, including faster speed to lead, higher contact rates, reduced overhead, and measurable revenue lift.
- Customize demos around real ROI by diagnosing the problem, quantifying the gap, and showing how Conduit directly fixes it.
- Represent Conduit externally by attending industry events, hosting webinars, and building relationships in core verticals.
Who You Are
- Proven closer with three to five years of B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently exceeding quota.
- Pipeline builder who generates own momentum through cold calls, creative outreach, and account mapping.
- Consultative but decisive, translating operational pain into economic impact and selling outcomes.
- Built for startup pace, comfortable in ambiguity and ready to shape the next stage of a company.
- Sales tech fluent, using data to prioritize and close deals.
Compensation & Benefits
- On-target earnings: $180,000-$200,000 with uncapped commission.
