About the role
We are hiring 3–5 elite Enterprise Sales Executives to join our founding team. This is a pure hunter role for professionals seeking unlimited upside and equity in a category-defining company.
Product
Universal AI Certification—one assessment satisfies EU AI Act, NIST, ISO 42001, GDPR, and UNESCO frameworks.
Target Market
Fortune 2000 CISOs, Chief Compliance Officers, and VPs of AI.
Deal Size
$100K–$750K annual contracts.
Compensation & Upside
- Commission: 20% on contract deposits (paid when customer pays 50% upfront)
- 10% on final payments (paid upon certification completion)
Examples:
- $200K contract = $35K commission
- $500K contract = $87.5K commission
- $1M contract = $175K commission
Uncapped earnings + (Top Performers)
Equity eligibility
(0.1%–0.25%)
Career Path
Priority conversion to full-time W2 roles post-Seed funding (Base salary, benefits package)
Training Provided
Comprehensive remote onboarding and ongoing training covering product knowledge, compliance frameworks, and sales enablement tools.
