About the role
The Role
This individual will play a key role in driving growth—building new client relationships while expanding and nurturing existing accounts. The ideal candidate is motivated, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new business while managing a portfolio of key accounts
- Possess and prospect leads via cold calls, email outreach, and research tools (Google, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Act as the primary contact for major accounts, handling escalations when needed
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client executives
- Collaborate with internal account teams to ensure service excellence
- Provide coaching and direction to team members
- Maintain KPIs, oversee daily operations, and guide execution to ensure consistent results
Expectations
- Make 60+ outbound calls daily (higher for junior-level AEs)
- Meet or exceed key performance goals including load count, gross profit, and CRM activity
- Demonstrate a “service-first” mindset by minimizing preventable issues
- Operate with professionalism, reliability, and integrity consistently
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$65,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission potential
